Screens use RGB while printing uses CMYK ink. RGB files will be converted automatically, leading to dull and distorted colors. Refer to color values instead of screen display.
Custom brand fonts may not be installed on factory computers. Unoutlined text will be replaced by default system fonts or random symbols once opened.
Minor errors exist during die-cutting. If the background color ends exactly at the edge, a thin white border will appear. Extend the background 3mm outwards as bleed.
Web images at 72dpi look clear on phones but appear pixelated when printed. Use high-definition images of 300dpi or above.
Do not merge die-cut lines, hot stamping, spot UV and embossing with artwork. Machines cannot identify different processes if all elements are on one layer.
