How do you handle samples before full packaging production?
We begin by preparing a design draft for your confirmation. After approval, we start trial production and send you production samples for review. We move into mass manufacturing only after you are satisfied with the physical sample. For specified dimensions and finishes, we can provide a structural white-dummy sample within 24 hours and finished digital color proofing within 48 hours. We also offer a free material and craftsmanship sample pack with FSC-certified textured-paper swatches, finishing examples, and V-groove structural samples. To keep bulk production aligned with your approved sample, we recommend documenting the approved dieline, materials, board grade, finish, color target, insert fit, tolerances, inspection criteria, and change-control requirements in the purchase documentation.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom luxury packaging?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. We also offer flexible startup support for growing brands, depending on the packaging project. MOQ and pricing can vary according to the packaging structure, materials, printing, finishes, tooling, and sampling requirements. Since setup costs are relatively fixed, higher quantities can reduce the unit cost. Before confirming an order, we recommend requesting a written quotation that identifies sample costs, tooling or die charges, unit-price tiers, finishing details, insert configuration, packing method, shipping terms, tax and duty responsibility, and revision charges.
